BlogCatalog: Blogging Good In The Neighborhood
As I mentioned in my previous, BIG scott’s Sunday Picayune post, I recently joined another wonderful community site (or should I say neighborhood?) called BlogCatalog (BC). At first, it kind if reminded me of MyBlogLog with all of the widgets minus the site statistics but, as I soon realized, BC seems to be taking a different approach and is allowing for a whole lot more community interaction and development with their very own, unique discussion forums.
These discussions, so far, have been great! Fellow bloggers introduce themselves and talk about tips, hints, tricks and even difficulties that they may be having. If you are not yet a member and you are interested in meeting plenty of new bloggers, discovering many great new sites and learning a plethora of valuable knowledge, I strongly suggest you consider getting in this BC neighborhood.
From yours truly, a great BIG thanks to the people at BC for creating such a wonderful community/neighborhood, I am proud to be a member and I am honored to network with such wonderful people. And, if we are not yet connected, please do drop by my page, I am always looking for some new friends. Thanks again, BC, keep up the greatness! ScottPot, that’s Blogging Good In The Neighborhood!

BlogCatalog has been great so far. Their forums, as you have stated, allows for users to share, discuss, and inform each other on lots of topics. I recently started a discussion, “How do you Monetize your Blog?” The responses have been great, the tips have been wonderful, the people are friendly. I’ve received quite a bit of traffic just by posting on these Forums. Of course I would love to see some comments too. LOL.
I highly recommend this community to Bloggers of all kinds.
Hey, Edgar, thanks for the support! I couldn’t agree with you more, BC has truly been nothing but perfect thus far and I think it’s only going to get better.
Thanks again, Edgar, I really appreciate your input. Take care, see you around!
