Guess who’s back after a break from the blogging? Been working hard (and playing hard) with my colleagues from Zappos and I haven’t managed the time or energy necessary to adequately drive my other projects on the side. Yep, I’ve neglected my blog for about a month now and I feel as though it is surely time for some more content to be created and relayed accordingly. With that said, I hope everyone has been (and is) well.
While I was away, a lot has happened, to say the least. Take, for instance, Drew (from BenSpark) and his wife recently welcomed their newborn baby girl, Eva Grace, to their family. When the baby was born, Drew notified some of his fellow web friends about it and, honestly, I was honored and touched to be included in such a memorable moment. Thanks Drew, my best to you, your wife, your baby girl and your cats. Looking forward to hearing some of the stories from fatherhood.
And, I heard that the people from PayPerPost (the blogging platform that connects advertisers with bloggers, utilizing word of mouth marketing and/or business reviews) have formed a new identity, IZEA, which will serve as a corporate umbrella with PPP, Blogger’s Choice Awards, RockStartup, Zookoda and BlogInSpace under it. I am eager to see what else CEO, Ted Murphy, has planned and in the works for his newly formed corporate train, IZEA.
Besides that, there have been a few more recent occurrences throughout my day-to-day lively interactions that I feel may be blog worthy but, I will save those for yet another occasion. I imagine everyone had a safe and fun Halloween and is looking forward to a merry, merry holiday season. On that note, I will wrap up this specific publication. Until next time, I’ll be back! Take care. ![]()
