My iPhone and the curse of the problematic touchscreen

by Scott Schroeder on February 27, 2008

After falling in love with its ease if use and accessibility, my heart was suddenly broken when the top navigation on my iPhone ceased to work. Here I was, stuck on screens with no way of operating the buttons across the top part of the touchscreen. But, with the help of the technically sophisticated persons behind the Genius Bar at the Apple Store, I walked out with a re-furbished and fully functioning iPhone (hey, at least it works ;) ). If you or someone you know experiences difficulties with the iPhone, don’t flip out, set up an appointment for some hands-on technical support with one of the kind folks at the Genius Bar by simply making a reservation at apple.com/retail/geniusbar. I guess you could just walk in if you wanted/needed to but the wait will more than likely be longer.
