Beware: Restoring Your iPhone Erases All Your Data Since Your Last Sync :(

If you choose to restore your iPhone to it’s original format, you will lose all the calls, contacts, text messages, notes, songs and videos (and email password(s) ) that you have “placed” on your iPhone since the last time you synced your phone with iTunes. That’s right, you won’t be able to retrieve that number that you saved in your phone at lunch because you just restored your iPhone a couple of seconds ago. And, the list goes on, people.. what you thought you had, isn’t there (any more). You better watch your data, buddy
